Talofa Employment Agency is aware of many challenges encountered by RSE employers and employees in the past due to the lack of knowledge and prior labour force training. Given that TEA is governed by the village protocols, all registered RSE workers must adhere to these protocols. For example, respecting the TEA and village people’s integrity MUST be protected, all workers from TEA must adhere to the host country's immigration policies and respect them. Should any worker/s abscond while under TEA and the host country’s employment contract, it is considered a serious violation of the village employment opportunity.  As a consequence, it will have an impact on that person’s family back in the village.
